Pucketts Ferry is a community on beautiful Lake Greenwood with approximately 160 residents, many of which have lakefront properties. It is conveniently located 4.5 miles off of routes 72/221, providing easy access to shopping and other services in the city of Greenwood.
For those residents without lake access, a private boat ramp and marina are available.
Pucketts Ferry has a beautiful clubhouse where numerous social events are hosted throughout the year, and is also available to host resident's private events.
A gated storage area is available to securely store resident's boats, trailers, campers and RVs.
Community resources are managed by the Pucketts Ferry Home Owner's Association which is supported by dues assessed on each property. The annual dues for 2023 are $450.
Pucketts Ferry is considered by many to be the best place to live on Lake Greenwood.
